Personal Injury Claims

If you were hurt in an accident that wasn’t your fault, you may be entitled to compensation — and to the treatment that helps you recover properly.

Injury Support

Recovery matters more than the paperwork

Injuries from a road traffic accident are rarely just an inconvenience. Whiplash, back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries and the anxiety that follows a serious collision can affect your work, your sleep and your family life for months.

We help you claim for that. Legal HQ arranges an independent medical assessment, organises any physiotherapy or rehabilitation you need, and works with experienced personal injury solicitors to pursue compensation from the at-fault driver’s insurer.

Your claim isn’t limited to the injury itself. Loss of earnings, travel to appointments, treatment costs, care provided by your family and damaged personal belongings can all form part of the settlement.

Personal Injury FAQs

What people want to know before they start

In most road traffic accident cases the limit is three years from the date of the accident. There are exceptions — for children the three years runs from their eighteenth birthday. The sooner you speak to us, the stronger the evidence tends to be.

Very unlikely. The overwhelming majority of claims settle through negotiation with the insurer. Court proceedings are a last resort, used when an insurer refuses to make a fair offer.

It depends on the severity of your injury, how long it affects you and what it has cost you financially. Once the medical evidence is in, we can give you a realistic figure — we won’t quote inflated numbers to win your instruction.

You may still be able to claim. Where responsibility is shared, compensation is usually reduced in proportion to your share of the blame rather than refused outright. Tell us what happened and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Yes. A passenger is almost never at fault, so passengers usually have a straightforward claim — including against the driver of the car they were travelling in, if that driver was responsible.

Please note: Legal HQ is a claims management company, not a firm of solicitors. We assess your claim, arrange medical evidence and rehabilitation, and refer your case to a regulated personal injury solicitor where legal representation is needed. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
